If it is established that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately closed, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings will be forfeited.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pk868 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. pk868 does not represent or warrant that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one Account on pk868. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, addresses, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk868 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any funds or winnings therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
3.5 KYC Verification. pk868 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership before any withdrawal is processed. pk868 may request KYC documents at any point and may suspend withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk868 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk868 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.2 Suspicious Activity. You must notify pk868 customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of Account security. pk868 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an Account pending investigation of any reported or detected suspicious activity.
4.3 Account Currency. All Account balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk868 does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR only.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. pk868 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts, as detailed in the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
4.5 Account Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk868 customer support via live chat or the email address provided in these Terms. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and subject to no outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. pk868 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and retail cash deposit channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are processed in PKR.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pk868, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. pk868 targets withdrawal processing times of under fifteen (15) minutes for fully verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, the volume of withdrawal requests being processed at that time, and whether additional verification is required. pk868 does not guarantee any specific withdrawal processing time.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as the pk868 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.
5.5 Transaction Fees. pk868 does not charge currency conversion fees or platform-side transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL) may apply their own service charges, for which pk868 accepts no responsibility.
5.6 Deposit Source. You warrant that all funds deposited into your pk868 Account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. pk868 reserves the right to request evidence of fund source as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.
6.1 General. pk868 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, and time limits will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus Funds that remain subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. pk868 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing opposing wagers across accounts to hedge bonus requirements; withdrawing deposits immediately after claiming a bonus without genuine play. pk868 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is detected.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds not utilised within the time period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will be automatically forfeited. pk868 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6.5 pk868's Discretion. pk868 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not unfairly prejudice Players who have already accepted a promotion in good faith and begun fulfilling its requirements.
7.1 General Betting Rules. All Wagers placed on pk868 are subject to the specific game rules, sports betting rules, and market rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 Void Bets. pk868 reserves the right to void any Wager where: (a) the Wager was placed after an event's outcome was known; (b) there is credible evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation; (c) a material error in odds or game configuration occurred; or (d) the Wager otherwise breaches these Terms or the applicable game rules.
7.3 Maximum Winnings. pk868 may impose maximum single-event or single-session winnings limits on any game or market. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or market and are binding regardless of the stake placed.
7.4 Errors in Odds or Pricing. In the event that incorrect odds, prices, or pay-tables are displayed due to a technical error, pk868 reserves the right to void all affected bets at its sole discretion. pk868 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of a Player relying on erroneous odds or prices.
7.5 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules governing bet acceptance delays, internet connectivity conditions, and event suspension. pk868 accepts no responsibility for bets that are not confirmed due to network issues on the Player's side.

Any breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the pk868 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and database structures — is owned by or licensed to pk868 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The pk868 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to pk868.
9.2 Limited Licence. pk868 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of pk868.
pk868 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk868 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide the Services.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by pk868, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests may be directed to the contact address provided in Section 15.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk868 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the Services, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability asserted.
11.2 pk868 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or secure basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the Services. pk868 accepts no liability for losses attributable to Platform downtime or interruption.
11.3 Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose all funds deposited. pk868 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through the use of its Services.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk868's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 By pk868. pk868 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) pk868 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) pk868 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach, pk868 may at its discretion forfeit all Real Money Balances and Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where termination is not caused by Player breach, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
12.3 Self-Exclusion. Players may voluntarily request account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk868 holds its gaming licence. Where applicable, international arbitration principles may apply.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a Wager outcome, Account balance, bonus calculation, or any other matter relating to the Services, you must first contact pk868 customer support and allow pk868 a reasonable period to investigate and respond. pk868 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
13.3 Finality of Game Results. Game results and Wager outcomes recorded in pk868's server logs shall be the definitive record for the purposes of dispute resolution. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the server record, the server record shall prevail.
pk868 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pk868 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players by way of a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and notify pk868 customer support to arrange closure of your Account and return of any Real Money Balance.
